MIUI 12 Revealed With Improved Dark Mode Among Others
Xiaomi has officially reveal their latest Android UI, the MIUI 12 and it comes with several new features including an enhanced dark mode, animations, health app, as well as privacy controls.

So with the new MIUI 12, they’ve changed in terms of the visuals. There’s new app launch and closing animations that the company claims to be more faster and fluid than before. Dark Mode 2.0 is now available, bringing in wallpaper dimming and font adjustment options.
In addition to that, MIUI 12 brings in improved privacy management. What does it do? Well now it can keep track of your apps and how they behave. You will be notified exactly of which apps that are abusing permissions that you’ve granted. Xiaomi is also introducing a new virtual ID security protocol that prevents apps from getting entry to private information from your smartphone.
There’s also a new feature called AI Calling, which helps in transcribing calls and give suggestion on responses. This is more to benefit those with impaired hearing condition.
Mi Health is also said to come with improvements, offering better activity tracking and sleep tracking with any additional devices.
The new MIUI 12’s stable build is set to be released in June 2020, though release dates vary depending on region.
