Redmi’s Lu Weibing has taken to Weibo to tease the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series, despite just only recently unveiling the Redmi Note 9 series in China, and the Redmi Note 9T globally. While he hasn’t teased any specifications or features, he is asking Redmi fans about what they hope for in the Redmi Note 10 series.

Redmi Note 10 Series will not come with a charger?

Redmi Note 10 series teaser

One of the comments on his teaser was “no charger included”, and Lu Weibing replied with “Received”. Considering how the Xiaomi Mi 11 was launched without a charger in the box, it is highly likely that the Redmi Note 10 series will arrive without a charger in the box as well. However those who were getting the Xiaomi Mi 11 had the choice to pick whether they wanted a charger or not, so hopefully the Redmi Note 10 series will be given the choice too.

It will be interesting to see what Redmi can bring to the table with the Redmi Note 10 series. There probably isn’t much improvements that Redmi can offer for now, especially in China. The Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G launched last month in China sports the latest Snapdragon 750G, 120Hz display and the 108MP Samsung HM2 camera, while the Redmi Note 9 5G is the Redmi Note 9T available globally, came with a Dimensity 800U chipset and a 48MP camera.

Redmi Note 9S Review-3

The Redmi Note 9 series was initially introduced in India in March 2020, before making its way to Malaysia in May 2020. We should be seeing a similar launch schedule for the Redmi Note 10 series, considering that the Redmi Note series appear to have an annual refresh in May every year.
