Samsung Electronics has announce today of two new color editions for their latest device, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphones. The new colors are Sunrise Gold and Burgundy Red.

They will join now a host of colors which includes Midnight Black, Coral Blue, and Lilac Purple.

For the Sunrise Gold edition for both S9 and S9+, is Samsung’s first device to feature a satin gloss finish.

Looks aside, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are built with a Super Speed Dual Pixel with dedicated processing power and memory to take amazing shots with high photo quality and it also features Super Slow-mo capabilities, Low Light Camera with Dual Aperture lens, AR Emoji, and also the standard Bixby integration.

For entertainment, they come with stereo speakers, which are tuned by AKG and also support Dolby Atmos, giving the illusion of 360-degree sound.

Additionally, the smartphones include iris and fingerprint scanning, facial recognition capabilities which is enhanced with Intelligent Scan, an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, and not to forget, wireless charging capabilities.

The Burgundy Red edition will be made available in Korea and China starting from May. While as for the Sunrise Gold edition, it will be available starting in June in select markets.
