What’s New in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2
For starters, you have a 6.2-inch Infinity-O cover screen (folded) and a 7.6-inch main screen (unfolded) with minimum bezels and notchless selfie camera. To match up with the recent trend of higher refresh rates, you get 120Hz adaptable refresh rate, which offers a good balance between battery efficiency and buttery smooth scrolling. To further boost its multimedia potential, it is said to come with the best dynamic sound available on a Galaxy device yet via the high-dynamic dual speakers with enhanced stereo effect.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has seen numerous improvements in build quality. You get Samsung Ultra Thin Glass on the main screen, the Hideaway Hinge that seamlessly fit into the chassis with the CAM mechanism which enables free standing capabilities for the new Flex mode experience. There’s also an improved sweeper technology, first seen in the Galaxy Z Flip, which repels dust and unwanted particles from the chassis and hinge housing.
