VALORANT Champions Tour Game Changers Southeast Asia, in cooperation with FSL, SEA’s leading women’s gaming circuit, will be a monthly series aiming at providing new possibilities and exposure for VALORANT’s marginalised genders to participate in the highest level of competitive play. The first event will take place online, with a monthly prize pool of USD5,000 (RM20,782.50). The series will feature 4 stages which include:

A monthly open group stage tournament will be held, with eight teams advancing to the playoffs. Teams will participate in a best-of-three double-elimination format in the playoffs, with a best-of-five format in the finals. Teams will gain points and be placed on the FSL Open Leaderboard as a result of their efforts. The top three teams in each division will advance to FSL Elite.
  • FSL Open Overtime (September 2-5)
Teams finishing 4th through 19th on the leaderboard will fight for three FSL Elite qualifying spots.

Pokdepinion: This is pretty good. I think it’s high time that the esports scene has a lot more female representation as well as other genders and this VALORANT Champions Tour Game Changers Southeast Asia is the perfect opportunity.
