HUAWEI Mobile Services [Ocean Treasure Box] is arranged and sponsored by HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong (hereafter “HUAWEI Services HK and/or HUAWEI”).


Duration: [Ocean Treasure Box] campaign period is from 00:01AM April 16th to July 31st 2021, 11:59PM (UTC+8).

This Campaign is open for all HUAWEI ID users who participate in Malaysia. The above prizes will be awarded to the lucky winners according to the following rules:

How to enter:
1. Register a HUAWEI ID and login in HUAWEI AppGallery.
2. Downloaded an app listed in “Ocean Treasure Box” event page in AppGallery are entitled to ONE (1) Lucky Draw chance for each app.
3. Each participant is limited to fourty-eight (48) Lucky Draw chances during the campaign period.
4. The participants must redeem the Lucky Draw chance(s) within the event period. The Lucky Draw chance(s) will be forfeited after the campaign ended on 16th May 2021.
5. In-kind prize winners must fill-in the official prize claim form with contact details including name, mobile phone number and address through the campaign event page within Seven (7) days after conducted the Lucky Draw. All of the winners will be contacted via phone or email that used to register HUAWEI ID to discuss the way to collect the prize. Prize claim form deposited after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and void.
6. The in-kind prize(s) will be sent out to the winners by post within 30 working days of the event end date.
7. Voucher prize winners can claim the voucher(s) won under this event in AppGallery’s Gift Center (AppGalley > Me > Other > Claim Voucher).
8. The result of the Lucky Draw is final and no appeals will be entertained.
9. The prizes are not transferable, not assignable and not redeemable for cash.
10. All in-kind prize(s) are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis.
11. All winners shall accept Prizes as they are. HUAWEI Services HK makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prizes in this Campaign. HUAWEI Services HK assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
12. HUAWEI Services HK reserves the right to change the Prizes with prizes of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by HUAWEI Services HK will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Malaysia ONLY.

Employees of HUAWEI Services HK or HUAWEI group, their immediate families, HUAWEI’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
Winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of HUAWEI Services HK.
HUAWEI Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 1 year after the Campaign.
This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. HUAWEI Services HK reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at https://www.facebook.com/HUAWEIMobileServicesAPAC/. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall HUAWEI Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the Campaign.
Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by HUAWEI Services HK.
