Xiaomi has today launched their latest Mi Max 3 smartphone and also the Mi Band 3. They are now available for purchase here in Malaysia.

The new Mi Max 3 features a whopping 5500mAh battery that the company has said to come with a standby time of 474 hours and can even double up as a power bank. Complimenting the battery is Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and parallel charging, which means multiple charging stream can charge the battery at the same time. It sports a 6.9-inch display with a 18:9 ratio screen, offering FHD+ resolution.

For cameras, it offers a dual 12MP+5M AI cameras as its main shooter. As for selfies, it has a 8MP shooter which comes with AI Beautify and you can also use its AI portrait mode to take even stunning shots of yourself. Powering the Mi Max 3 is a Snapdragon 636 chipset. Other than that, it packs 4GB RAM that’s paired with 64GB of internal storage.

The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 retails at RM1099 and is available in Black. It will be sold at all authorized MI Stores, Shopee, Lazada starting from 27 September 2018.

Also available now is the company’s new Mi Band 3. It features a 0.78-inch OLED display, it can now display content of messages. Besides your basic functions such as time, date, and steps taken, you can swipe up and down to scroll through menu items and left and right for more options. The touch button at the bottom serves as a home button or for activating more features such as clearing notifications or measuring your heart rate.

For the first time in the Mi Band series, you can now swim with the smart watch, thanks to its 5 ATM water resistance. In addition to that, there’s a dedicated interface that’s activated on the Mi Band 3 when you workout through the Mi Fit app, allowing you to see real-time workout stats by simply glancing at the touchscreen display.

The Mi Band 3 will be available at RM129 at all authorized Mi Stores, Shopee, and Lazada starting from 27th of September 2018.
