Have you been trying your luck to get the PS5 console but failed so far? We have good news for you as the 5th batch of PlayStation 5 Malaysia pre-orders has been confirmed, but as always, you will have to be quick about it.

Sony Malaysia has officially announced that the 5th batch of PlayStation 5 Malaysia pre-orders will be up starting 16th April 2021 at precisely 12:01AM Malaysia time (GMT+8). It will be available at the Sony Official Store on Lazada.

With that being said, it’s briefly yet vaguely mentioned that there are pre-orders available physically via their official stores and at PlayStation authorized dealers. This is seen in the line that reads “feel free to check with our stores or all authorized dealers for more pre-order info” in the official Facebook post.

As before, there’s the usual rule of one accessory and / or one console per customer so people can’t simply mass purchase it. This will ensure as many people will be able to get their hands on the next gen console as possible. Also, only the PS5 Standard Edition will be up for pre-order, not the Digital Edition. There will be limited stocks, so you will have to be quick about it.

The same retail prices still apply, with the Standard Edition console going for RM2,299.
