It's Now Easier to Share Your Nintendo Switch Friend Codes with Nin.Codes

In this day and age, we have a lot of alphabets and digits to remember like our credit card details, ATM pin, game IDs, and more. Sometimes, these things aren’t exactly easy to remember. That is the case with the Nintendo Switch friend codes but luckily, a fan-made solution has been created that will shorten in to a simple hyperlink, and it’s called Nin.Codes.

Started by software engineer Jimmy Roland, Nin.Codes make playing games with your friends easier. To use it, all you have to do is simply go to the Nin.Codes website, type in your Nintendo Switch friend code, and create your desired short link. After completing this process, you can just share this link to your friends, and it’s a lot easier than memorizing your actual code.

It isn’t the only fan-made website that aims to simplify the process as Switcher does something similar and allows players to easily find other people to play with. Switcher matches players with one another based on their respective game libraries and includes options to find others for local co-op as well as online play. In addition to showing Nintendo Switch friend codes, Switcher gives players the opportunity to share their Discord handles as well for easy communication.

One would expect Nintendo to make it easier for such a thing to happen, with online gaming being a huge part of the community now but if they’re not gonna do it, I suppose the fans will take the matter into their own hands. Hopefully, this would be something that would be able to continue running at least until Nintendo figures out an official solution for it.

Pokdepinion: I hope this doesn’t end up being something that Nintendo will be attempting to take down because this is definitely very helpful.
