ASUS ZenWiFi Mesh Routers Clinches PCMag 2023 Readers’ Choice Award

ASUS today announced the brand has won PC Magazine (PCMag) 2023 Readers’ Choice Award under the Mesh Routers category, with its ZenWiFi family of mesh products. The readers of PCMag rated on various aspects of the products, including performance, ease-of-use, value and more; the scores are then aggregated to determine the winner of the category. This year, the entrants include TP-Link, Eero, Google, Netgear and Linksys.

“Asus takes a clear lead in this category,” says the publication, with the brand taking the overall score of 9.0 surpassing all other brands. “Asus scores exceptionally high for mesh coverage, Wi-Fi speed, and network management.” In other metrics such as setup, reliability and ease of use, the brand is maintains second-place to the competition. Readers also voted in favor of ASUS for overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the brand to others.

It’s also worth noting that ASUS has been a long-time winner of this award – 11 times in fact, under the Standalone Routers category. The company credited its success to its ZenWiFi models, such as ZenWiFi Pro ET12, XT12, and ZenWiFi XT9, XT8, XD6/XD6S, XD5 and XD4 Plus.
