HUAWEI Introduces New MateBook 14 With Upgraded CPU & Storage
HUAWEI Malaysia is formally announcing the launch of its popular MateBook 14 laptop in model year 2023, now with upgraded hardware and storage capacity. This time around, the laptop packs an Intel Core i5-1240P (4P+8E), 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD.
The laptop’s display is a 14-inch 3:2 2160 x 1440 touchscreen IPS panel with 300 nits of brightness, and connectivity comes courtesy of Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. It’s powered by a 56Wh battery, and weighs at 1.49kg.
One of HUAWEI’s selling points of its laptops is the ecosystem – and this MateBook 14 comes with what’s called ‘Super Device’, which provides a seamless connection with other HUAWEI devices. Users can simply connect their laptop with devices by clicking on the Control Panel icon on the lower right corner to initiate pairing process.
Now available for pre-order in Malaysia, the HUAWEI MateBook 14 (16GB+512GB) will be officially priced at RM3,999 – however, for a limited time, HUAWEI’s Lazada Flagship Store will be offering an exclusive pricing of RM2,999 until November 13, 2023.
