ROG Falchion RX Low Profile Now Available In Malaysia

Recently debuted at CES 2024, ASUS’s new low-profile keyboard under the ROG brand – the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile – is officially launching in Malaysia. This 65% keyboard features a Z-height of 26.5mm, making it thinner than a standard full-height keyboard.

As the name implies, the Falchion features the new pre-lubed ROG RX Red or ROG RX Blue low-profile optical switches with “near-zero debounce delay.” The Red switches provide 1.0mm of actuation distance, while the Blue switches provide actuation at 1.5mm; both feature 2.8mm of key travel distance. The keycaps themselves are ABS plastic with UV coating to help with wear resistance.

One of the unique features of this keyboard is the touch panel located on top of the keys – this can be used to control media playback, volume, and keyboard lighting. It’s also customizable via the Armoury Crate software which offers page zoom as an optional feature. There’s also MacOS support with corresponding modifier keys labeled accordingly, which you can connect via three methods: wired, wireless, or Bluetooth.

The ROG Falchion RX Low Profile is now available in Malaysia at the price of RM800.
