Fresh leaks surrounding the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 suggest a departure from its predecessor’s form factor, promising a significantly thinner and lighter profile. According to insider Chun Bhai on X, who tapped into reliable sources, the upcoming foldable device is expected to measure a mere 11mm when folded, thanks to the integration of titanium in its construction.

Despite previous use of titanium in the Galaxy S24 Ultra not yielding substantial weight reduction, the Galaxy Z Fold6 aims to leverage the material for a sleeker design. An intriguing revelation from the leak is the absence of an S Pen slot, marking a departure from the typical features associated with Samsung’s foldable lineup.

Additionally, the Galaxy Z Fold6 is anticipated to sport wider dimensions, incorporating edges reminiscent of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The camera setup is speculated to feature three lenses, mirroring the specifications of the Galaxy Z Fold5: a 50MP wide lens, a 10MP zoom lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens.

Pokdepinion: I really hope this ends up being true as this is what I’ve been wanting from all the Z Fold devices I’ve reviewed thus far. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad device by any means but we’re certainly overdue on some major changes.
