Apple WWDC 2024 Returns On June 10
The annual Apple Worldwide Developers Conference is back – the Cupertino company has announced the 2024 running of WWDC is set to kick off this June, spanning 5 days through June 10-14. The event will be available online for all developers, though they will be able to join the opening event at Apple Park on June 10 as well.
As usual, the event will be all about Apple’s various software and operating systems, with visionOS as the latest addition with the introduction of Apple Vision Pro. “We’re so excited to connect with developers from around the world for an extraordinary week of technology and community at WWDC24,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations.
Developers and student coders alike will be able to tune in via the Apple Developer app, the Apple Developer website, and Apple’s YouTube channel. This year, WWDC will include video sessions and opportunities to engage with the company’s designers and engineers and connect to the developer community around the world.
50 Distinguished Winners of the Swift Student Challenge will also be notified of a chance to apply for in-person attendance at Apple Park, which includes a “three-day experience”.
